Web based portal for end customers (ticket online-shop)
The web-based portal is the platform to sell tickets to end customers and to present the events. Every customer has to register himself once via the platform. During the registration a special technical process in the background recognizes the type and display size of the customers mobile phone. This is important because it enables the system to send the data matrix in an optimized site to guarantee perfect recognition-rates at the entrances. For payment purposes the portal is directly connected to the interface of a bank.
The architecture of the portal allows fast and easy customizing of instances to meet special customers claims. For enterprise customers SOAP-interfaces for all functions are prepared which guarantees seamless integration into their websites.

Statistic modules deliver transparency and planning reliability by real time overviews and statistics.

The internal backend is used by nanoCrypt for billing purposes. It makes sure that in the future large amounts of events and campaigns can be handled with a minimum effort. Also for the future SOAP-interfaces were prepared to connect the system to enterprise ERP-systems.
Scan-unit
Every scan-unit consists of a device to read the data matrix information (standard industry scanner or webcam) and a subnotebook with the canning software installed. Those scanning-units are used at the entrance of an event or at the point of sale in case of coupons. They verify tickets and coupons in real-time by using an encrypted Internet connection. Mobile Internet connections do not have to be broadband-connections. Using a special compression, slow mobile connections can also be used as the whole verification and devaluation process is done in about a second. Real-time communication avoids violation, falsification or duplication of tickets or coupons. The industry scanner that can be used is much cheaper than other solutions offered by competitors. Caused by close collaboration with the manufacturer the scanner is able to read paper tickets as well as mobile tickets presented on an illuminated display.
